The best probiotic I have tried is Dr Ohhira's probiotic 12 plus. In fact it is the only probiotic I have used that stopped my chronic diarrhea. It is pricey but effective for me. Iherb.com has the best price. Also, sore bought kefir is not nearly as beneficial as homemade kefir from living kefir stones.
