Yes, test scores are apparently very important
Of course anyone who has reached a deep meditative state coulda told the US government that when people are relaxed and in the flow they will do better at life and test scores. But this is more scientific

Isn't it funny, you feel like you must fly below the radar already- although you posted here before ,I read a coupla of the greetings and welcome backs- so this is from past experience? Or has it gotten so creepy that it is in the air (so to speak)
Perhpas we can get a M-i-lll-ion dollar grant to investigate this CZ phenomenia?
