Anybody here know or got ideas on how to remove residual Fluoride (From General Anesthetic) after surgery?

How can I throw this yuk stuff out of my body?

Joints, ligaments, brain, a near total lack of energy- They've all been a mess since. It also slapped my borderline low Thyroid flat.

Maybe I can do this by taking Lugol's. If so, just tell me how much.
