Yes, Selenium is extremely important; IMO detox can be much easier with the correct intake of Selenium and if any pre-caner is suspected then even SeMC.

BTW: Boron helps to push fluoride out, repair bones and help the brain so for the cost of Boron this is another one worth considering.
