The problem is to many people tell whatever is
asked instead of saying no or asking why do
you need to know personal information.

Personally put N/A in the area they never ask.
N/A means Non Applicable

Recently had a dentist ask to take my photo for
their records. Stated would leave first.
They back off in a hurry not necessary, not my
dentist anymore needless to say.

This happens all kinds of places and people
do not know to say no you do not need that
information, it is private.
