Hello fellow io-diners,

I've been taking Lugol's drops, but don't particularly like the taste as i up the drops (i'm at 12 now). By how much do people dilute their drinks, as I use a smallish glass, say 6oz and get a burning sensation on my tongue & in my mouth. Had a chewed up white bit of tongue on the side the other day and it sheared clean off with a stinging sensation when i drank the Lugol's after 4 days break (not intentional break, but was away and forgot the stuff)... weird or what!

The main question i want to ask yers all is has anyone tried both liquid Iodine and tablet Iodine and which do you think is better?
Am thinking the tabs would be easier to swallow, but I know for supplements, caps or liquid are preferred, as they are absorbed better and easier by your body.

What say ye?
