I have experienced the same problem.

Cleanse your body: colon, liver/parasite, and kidneys.

I would highly recommend a series of Liver Flushes and on your third Liver Flush include Barefoot's dewormer. (3 weeks of dewormer, third liver flush, 9 days of dewormer)

And Zoebess is so correct about the oils . Take the coconut oil internally as well as externally.

Eat fermented foods especially kefir. I was a vegetarian for 14 years. If you feel you must eat this way, I would recommend you remove all grains from your diet for the time being. Once they are consumed they rapidly turn to glucose.
