My understanding is that testosterone gets converted to estrogen with the help of an enzyme named aromatase. I think you’ll find that is a P450 Liver Phase I enzyme that requires iron. Yes, it was well worth it! A lot of the negativity and the leaddenness lifted. How many fillings did you have? And how long did they stay in your teeth? I had a chipped amalgam filled molar, and unfortunately that was the unsafely removed filling. Nice cosmetic job though, but poor technique and comfort. Are you only noticing improvements in your sleep? Do you have issues with dry skin? Or even prematurely aging skin?
