Hey Mary88 I’m sorry you fell back in.... It sounds like you have leaky gut syndrome... You gotta go on strict diet for quite a long time depending on your condition.... I know it is hard to maintain it but it is worth it... COQ10 is definitely good supplement and also note that you should take some activated charcoal and necessary vitamins such as vitamin b complexes, vit D and Vit C. Ok....so I have this body odor problem sometimes when I eat...used to have bad breath too but after I adjusted my diet it went away but the FBO never went away. The FBO was on/off but gets serious when I’m nervous. I’ve tried many things. In the beginning(FBO.
