I am ideal weight, but I have had this problem for years. It has been pretty consistent, possibly getting worse gradually. A few days ago I started a regimen of both witch hazel and psyllium fiber. I also tried squatting for several weeks but I almost feel that that made it worse. The current regimen may be helping slightly but not greatly. Thanks.   [End]
