Frank answer. If you are going to drink, make it vodka on the rocks or with a twist or with seltzer (but not tonic). It is the cleanest of the hard alcohols in terms of things you could react to and has less sugar, I believe, than whisky or gin, etc. Better yet is to smoke a bowl. I do not condone inhumane treatment of animals, and I do realize that with meat-eating, some of that comes with the territiry in most cases unless the most organic, grass-fed, cage-free and properly treated animals are consumed, which obviously not everyone can afford to do. I simply would like to point out that, in my experience, it is the vegetarians who more often attack the meat eaters. I think the most derogatory term I have come across is ”murderer”. You do make a good point (when comparing people questioning your protol to you questioning people’s beliefs), but I think I see it a bit differently in some ways. It makes perfect sense to question spiritual beliefs that may be keeping a person stuck. But, one should make sure that they know what it is they are questioning. Hi Folks, I have read a bit here, and agree with the main theory that there is a yeast/fungus or bacteria involved.  However, I find it very weird in that I have been fighting candida for 4 years now, and at this point I am almost healed from it.  But, I never had a peeling lips problem until now.  Why would it start now when the candida population is at the lowest it has been on 4 years?  Could it be a healing reaction?
