I am quite interested in the article you posted. I was diagnosed with ADHD about 5 years ago(I’m 44) and it explained a lot of my behaviors for me. What brand of vitamins did you use? How difficult was it to go on the diet? I struggle with controlling my sugar intake and weight management. I am also curious about what Candida is ( It’s related to yeast somehow isn’t it?) and how do you know if you have it?   [End]
