Pl check out the oil pulling forum. This has helped me and many others with similar sounding problems that you have. It took a while for me to see improvements (1 or 2 months) but they have been, more or less, permanent in comparision to the gum problems I used to have before. Visited my 84 year old neighbour yesterday. I had´nt seen her around for awhile, so was happy she was home when I knocked on her door. This amazing spanish lady has given birth to 12 healthy children (at home) and raised 4 grand-children whose mother had not tied-the-knot... In those days these out-of-wedlock children had massive problems from the ”christian” society. Some years ago she developed diabetes and has been on quite a fews pills. Yes keep the dentists FAR away as well as most toothpastes, esp. the ones with fluoride and glycerine. Then start using a 1:1 mixture of a good salt (no junky iodised salt - himalayan best but there are others that are less expensive and good - like Tiefen-Salz from an old mine in Germany) with Bicarbonat. This has worked wonders in re-mineralising my teeth, and my thanks to the CZers who´ve reported about this great alternative to toothpaste.   [End]
