I think in general any internal use of urine should only be done with fresh urine. Aged urine is great for external use, but it also tends to accumulate a lot of ammonia, which can burn or in larger amounts can even cause tissue damage (to the more sensitive internal tissues like in the mouth, nose, eyes, etc.) Deotima mentioned using aged urine on the eyelids, but that’s probably about as ”internal” as I would go with it. From everything I’ve read, it’s to avoid any possible bacteria that may have collected in the urethra over any extended period of inactivity (like sleeping). So it’s advised to let the first part of the morning urine ”wash out” the passageways to make sure everything’s clean. Those things you listed are generally not recommended to do with UT, but if you must do them, it shouldn’t STOP you from doing UT and it shouldn’t really pose any major problems. Clearer urine just means that there is a higher ratio of excess water being filtered out of the blood versus excess ”other things”. It doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with how ”clean” your body or blood are. The reason body odor / smelly sweat occurs is because toxins get released through the sweat, and then bacteria start to do their thing, trying to eat away and eliminate whatever toxins may be present. I apply and leave it on usually, but I don’t really have to deal with other people much. It will probably leave a slight odor behind, especially on your hair. It’s not so noticeable once it’s dried, but if it gets wet again you can smell it. But this probably depends a lot on how concentrated the urine was, and whether it was aged or fresh.
