Have just been looking at enterobacter species on wiki. It’s interesting that many of them ferment sugars and therefore release lactic acid...which could explain the shift in your metabolism. I too have a high lactic acid problem and can fatigue easily muscularly if i do too much. It’s really interesting you have intense cravings for leafy greens - to eat as much as you do obviously is an indicator of something your body needs! With A.I, at my worst emotional stress would cause dizziness, sweating, palpitations, nausea but i never vomited, thankfully, for i would have been puking all the time back then with all the emotional stress! I only vomited before collapsing when going into adrenal crisis. I guess severe emotional stress like seeing something very terrible happen to a person etc could cause vomiting. Hi, Does anyone have any knowledge how it’s possible to be losing weight while being hypothyroid with a very slow metabolism? I’ve heard of this occuring quite frequently when folk switch to an all fruit diet. I have a close friend who has struggled with bowel health with fruits on 80/10/10 - yet are still persisting. It could be unaddressed candida overgrowth in the bowels that you never really noticed with your previous diet that is now very pleased to being fed a lot of high GI carbs and fructose?
