It may be a good study for you! But I’ve already studied it. He says, ”it is written” or ”as it is written” a zillion times, but how many times does he refer to old testament as ”the word of god”? I’m not being sarcastic here in any way, but just exactly what is your version/belief of hell? The new testament/Jesus teaching is very vague And as far as enjoying whatever paradise there is while there is suffering going on? Don’t the angels already do that now? There’s PLENTY of human suffering on earth, yet according to the bible, the angels spend a goodly amount of time (some of them ALL the time) doing nothing but praising God and enjoying paradise in his presence (?) or at least that’s what I’ve read and understood.   [End]

Karina, Getting off the sugar is a wonderful goal...good for you. For myself, I have found that the easiest way to beat the ’sugar blues’ is to first start switching from ”bad” sugar to good. I went to our fabulous health-food store and purchased naturally grown/organic fruit and a variety of snacks/granola created with only raw honey/molasses. Whenever the sugar cravings hit, I subsituted what I normally would have eaten with something natural. I just started doing this five days ago.
