Eatting more healthy can mean different things to different people. My understanding to a Body odor diet is to eliminate all processed foods. Meaning, you will have to refrain from white bread, even spagetti noodles. every carbohydrate you eat, unless it is in a form of whole grain form, will lead to body odor. Eliminate red meat. basically you have to shop in the organic food section of the market from now on. organic yogurt, no other dairy, fresh fruits and fresh vegetables although you have to stay away from onions, peppers, couliflower. I know. This doesn’t leave for much.
