Yes that’s interesting, Pluto was only discovered in 1930, and then recently down graded to status of Dwarf planet. Hello, Something strange, everytime I try and take bitter herbs, vitamin B supplements, supplements (fullstop), I feel this awful tighting across the front of my throat, I get a pain in my ear, and my throat feel sore. HI there, Thanks for replying. I think that Ashwagandha is an excellent herb, having taken in tincture form. However I do find for me, that it does cause problems. I recently started taking this herb again, and have experienced some really strange symptoms, such as feeling hot, hair loss, palpatations also. HOwever it does help with my mood, and I feel calmer. Hello, I did read the discussion on Ashwagandha, I do think that this is an incredibly useful herb. When I take this in a combined tincture, I feel uplifted, calmer, brighter...however I am worried that it may adversely affect the thyroid, ie. where one develops Thyrotoxicosis, as I am convinced that I have swung between an over and underactive thyoid whilst on Ashwagandha. Hello, I’m 45 and have suffered with these strange hard red lumps, that don’t seem to go. It does sound like oestrogen dominance. I tried a brand called Omega Nutrition, their flaxseed oil has a high lignan content. The acne flare-up was gradual, culminating in quite severe rosacea symtoms, especially across nose area. Hi All, I have tried what I considered to be a good quality flaxseed oil for about 6 months, that was about 2 years ago. I found that it was initally incredibly beneficial, however I found that my acne rosacea became worse within about 4-5 months of taking flaxseed. I only took 1 small teaspoon each day. Hi there, I have found that taking kelp tablets have helped with excessive hair, painful periods and fluid retention. I have been quite surprised, I suddenly realised it was kelp tablets that I was taking that was making the difference. Only problem I have found is that, taking kelp or rather too much can tip the thyroid over the edge, i.e. hyperthyroidism. Definetly help with painful/heavy periods ...but you must take care whilst taking kelp...and not take too much! Why had they picked me, and as your say a ”shitty job”. However I realised that the snail was indeed plastic, not real. My thoughts are that the snail represented something about me that these woman did not like. I had to change, get rid of some aspect say of my personality in order to be accepted. Hello, I had one of those incrediby lucid dreams this morning, have a hunch at meaning..really appreciate any help;- I am in a house, it has a lovely atmosphere..very warm inviting place, strangely I remember it has soft lighting, in the form of table lamps. My long range forecast since 2004 was positvely bleak. There never appears to be any positive influences. Hi, I have just discovered this forum, incredible information, very helpful! I don’t know if anyone can advise, I have just discovered a couple, of what look like white worms around bottom area. I contacted my health care provider information service, and was told that I was possibly exaggerating what I saw. However, I did find 2 small thickish looking worms about 1 cm in length. Hi Prettysoulful, I was extremely interested to read your reply to the original poster re. Zinc, very helpful. You mentioned the acid/alkaline levels and the role of calcium. I just wondered if you could help me in selecting a good calcium supplement. I am currently taking solgar’s calcium/magnesium and zinc, but actually finding that the calcium carbonate is difficult to digest, causing stomach ache.
