It started last night and got more intense after each lemonade.. by morning it was gone, however after each lemonade today it came back with the same dull gut ache. Your metabolism slows down considerably on a longer cleanse and it starts to take longer to loose the weight. I just recently finished a 31 day cleanse and the same thing happened to me after about day 15. I only managed to loose 22 lbs in 31 days. I think the next time I would stop at day 14, then take a weeks break and then do another 14 days.

Give it some time.. I did a liver flush on Tuesday night and on Wednesday I thought that the flush didn’t work.. I felt fine all day on Wednesday, but then at about 4pm the flood gates opened and I passed stones, 4 times in a row.. (bum really hurt). Then felt fine and again at 8pm I went another 3 times in a row.. more stones!!.. I thought it was all over with but low and behold I passed stones again all morning on Thursday. Is it normal for a first time flush to only get tons of little stones pea green colour. I must of had about 400-500 of this but none bigger than a pea. I was expecting different colours, large ones and even the 2 big gall stones that I know I have. Also did anyone get lots of what looked like seaweed with the first couple of bowel movements? You should plan on doing a liver flush after you cleanse and after a few normal bowel movements. I read on the liver support forum that after her flush the dark bags under her eyes went away. [End]
