trader, you are correct, it’s ORAC levels are the highest of these other juices.
Sugar is sugar, no matter if it is added or natural. The body cannot differentiate between them..so do ”burn” slower than others,but the bottom line it’s still all sugar.
Here’s an exmple I use with the people we work with.
Take a carton of OJ. Look at the carb content,, not sugar, but the carbs.
Let’s say for this instance it has 36 grams of carbs per 8 oz serving.
Divide that 36 by 4. We use 4 becasue that is how many grams are in a level tsp
So we come to 9
So everytime we drink an 8oz ...
