The white chunks are simply food that is getting stuck in little holes on your tonsils. Food eventually decays and thats when you get the rotten taste in your mouth. I know this because I used to have it for years (so did my mother and my sister). The only solution I found was to ”empty my tonsils” with a q-tip from time to time. After a while I became a pro at it. I haven’t had it for years though, and I didn’t do anything besides gargling and good oral hygiene.   [End]

They think they are stars, but I look around in the waiting room and all I see are intoxicated yellowish people with their suncken cheeks and swollen bellies and backs. It’s depressing. My liver seems fine (like everything else), although I haven’t run any tests or anything. I considered a flush a while back, but the recipe I got used grapefruit and that’s something I cannot find anywhere in the country I live in. Recently I’ve been getting a lot of ”hints” about linkage between the liver and the hiv antibody test. What do you think? Hi, I’m labeled HIV positive as well. Whatever he does, he can’t just go cold turkey on the meds as this can have repercusions on his immediate health (and possibly his tcell and VL surrugate markers). A fast, if anything, will create lower CD4 counts as these helper cells will leave the blood stream (where it’s measured) to go do their job on various tissues and this is a good thing. If you test yout CD4s after a big meal they will likely be higher than if you had your test done in the morning before breakfast, when your immune system is repairing the body. Hi, I started my second fast today and, based on my last one (the 1st), I had a few questions. 1 - I understand the benefits of Cayenne pepper and love the taste of it, but it’s pretty impossible to find it where I live. Can I replace it with something else? The amount I have will only last me another 3 days, at the most. Should I save it for the latter days of the fast? Alternate days? Well, if you are nervous about quitting your meds while on the MC, why don’t you take them while fasting? MCing while smoking or taking meds is better than no MCing at all. I do think that the benefits won’t be the same, but it’s crucial that you are at ease and excited about the the whole process. If I were you I would MC and take the antibiotics first, and then MC months later again without them, when you are confident about the process. Just give it a try. Hi, I just wanted to share what I experienced during my first MC. I initially planned for the 10 day. And I would have achieved that except I had lasik eye surgery on day 7, and it is pretty impossible to squeeze lemon juice when one cannot open the eyes in a bright kitchen! But it was worth it and I can’t wait to do it again. The worst days for me were day 2 and day 4. I felt hungry pretty much all afternoon, but otherwise felt ok. The rest of the days were a breeze, which is amazing. I also had severe stomach pain, which turned out to be gas. Once I stopped using Sene tea as lax ...

I have used it exclusively since Maple Syrup is not an option where I live. The biggest drawback I found was that it is not easily soluble, so I would have to mix one drink at a time, and keep ”shaking it”. I do think that MS tastes better, but you can get used to molasses pretty quick. In fact, you will probably miss it once you are done. Cheers.   [End]

Hi, I will be having lasik eye surgery on what would be day 7 of my MC (this just came up and I can’t postpone it). Should I stop the cleanse shorter, and start over a few days later? I’m concerned because they will give me sleeping pills so I sleep away through the initial healing period.
