I am ready to purchase some calcium bentonite clay. I have 3 questions first though. I read somewhere that ingesting the clay depletes your body of vital minerals since the clay absorbs them. I take the MMS with ACV because my body definitely likes acv. However my taste buds hate it. I was thinking of buying some Stevia to ad to the ACV and MMS to see if that makes it more palatable. I’m on day 4 on the MMS protocol. I use Braggs raw organic apple cider vinegar to activate the MMS. (Raw organic apple cider vinegar with the mother does NOT contribute to Candida. What worked very quickly for me and my friend when we got ringworm was an all natural product called ”FungRX”. I’m sure you can find it if you just do a Google search. It has neem oil and teatree oil among other things in it. If I ever get ringworm again that’s what i’d use because it worked so well. I was feeling sick each time I ate coconut oil too. I read somewhere that if your body is not used to the oil to just cut back and take smaller amounts until your body gets used to it. It takes time for your body to get used to digesting oil. I no longer have problems eating it now. Once in awhile I try to ad a little extra and feel sick again, but cut back the next time I take it and I have no problem. The 2 easiest ways for me to eat coconut oil is in Miso soup or any soup for that matter and in a mug of hot cocoa. I am now up to one tablespoon without any sickness. More than that though ...

I’ve done 5 liver flushes and had that happen to me once as well so you are not alone. I now always fold a towel in half and put that under my bottom when i sleep if i’m doing a liver flush. You could also put a plastic garbage bag underneath the towel also if you wanted. I can’t belive you didn’t go to the bathroom more. Everytime I did a flush i literally would have to visit the bathroom around 20 times. What does everyone do to keep their tooth enamel from becoming damaged from the lemon juice master cleanse? Brushing your teeth too many times a day is damaging to the enamel.
