i had the same problem 10 years ago. i was very constipated for more than a year. going to the bathroom was a dreadful experience that i tried to avoid as much as possible. taking a ship would take and hour and it was absolutely horrible. it culminated with a haemorrhoid, 4th stage too. i then decided to end with it. i had a surgery for the haemorrhoid, but i also changed my diet drastically. i noticed that if i ate wheat porridge my BM would be better. so, i ate that like a maniak - at least one a day, but since i would still have a bad BM i use to eat just that for about a month. ppl tho ...

I have a question to anyone that PERSONALLY made his/her external hemorrhoid disappear completely: how did you do it? To tell my story: I got rid of my first external hemorrhoid with a hemorrhoidectomy - surgery, basically. It was painful and it took a lot of time to heal, but for 10 years i had no external ones. Now, the second one has appeared and I’m trying to make it go away for a year now. I do not want to do surgery again and i don’t want to have a small lump there all my life. I want my anus the way it was :) sort of to speak. I very much hope there is a simple, cheap, home ...
