MidlothianGirl is right. And, obviously there was more that needed to come out after the first flush and could have been accomplished with more flushes. One flush was not enough for me. After three flushes I feel better than ever. Had I stopped after the first one, I may not be able to say the same thing. I’m pretty new to this site and there are a lot of things that I don’t know but I do know that if you have IBS you still need to cleanse your intestines and your liver. I did my third flush today. With the first flush I had a lot of stones. I felt great. But several days later I had some right shoulder pain so I did another flush two weeks later. I only had about 20 stones but a lot of sand type stuff. It really hurt to go to the bathroom. Today, about a month later, I did the third one. I only passed a couple of tiny stones and not much else. I felt really sick most of the night and I suffered to get the Epsom salts down this morning (I did Dr. Clark’s).
