Jennifer, In Andreas’ absence, may I suggest that perhaps you should consider not cleansing with your heart the way it is. Cleansing puts a great strain on the body. I know someone who ended up in the hospital several times with palpitations (too much T4 and too much coffee). Stayed overnight one-three days. I just wanted to report that I did the 4th flush with the Clark method and this time I got very few stones. I didn’t feel much action in my liver as I was lying there on my right side. History: Previous gallbladder attacks. No stones on ultrasounds. Low CCK(the contraction rate of the gallbladder). Pain on right side below rib cage daily regardless of what I eat. RE: Sleeping problems I also know of two people who were recently diagnosed with sleep apnea. They now use a c-pap machine and sleep fine. This is especially common for people who are significantly overweight. If you only have an extra 20 pounds, then that is probably not it. Research the topic on the internet if you think this may apply to you. (sleep apnea) You have to go to a sleep lab in a hospital for this to be diagnosed.
