I work for an engineering company and some people have the job of eliminating odours from buildings and I really don’t believe there is an air purifier that your landlord could fit that would stop all smells. Well there is but it would be massively expensive, the kind of system that pharmaceutical or high tech companies use to replace all air in an area within seconds. Yes I believe there has been some improvement although it hasn’t been massive. Give me another 6 months and I’m hoping I’ll be in the kind of physical condition I’m aiming for so it’s still early days! They say you are what you eat and excercise sweats out toxins, helps keep you regular and also helps your body regulate your temperature. You’ll be aware that fat people generally sweat more. I’ve had lots of suicidal feelings but I get through it by just thinking 1 day at a time, I can always get through 1 more day. I’ve read that a lot of probiotic tablets are no good because the bacteria is all dead. There is a test you can do by emptying 1 tablet in a small amount of milk, leaving at room temperature for around 10 hours and seeing whether the milk starts to curdle. I’m considering making sauerkraut which, if unpasteurised, is packed with probiotics and is also meant to be great for flushing impurities out of the liver. I do, however, eat a lot of veg and quite a lot of fruit and salad. I get a lot of my protein from liquid egg white and have mostly cut out bread and milk. Most of the meals I eat are made from scratch. I drink loads of water and I have to pee about 10 times a day. I run for about 30 mins a day and do weights about the same amount.
