Congrats man, now here’s the thing. You CAN’T eat anything and everything. Why? Because that’s what created the B12 definition in the first place, an unbalanced diet. Do your self a favor and eat a healthy diet (mostly whole grains and veg) some meat and fruit, etc. Learn about food combining and reading labels. In a few months you will not need to supp B12. Also, look for foods that naturally provide B12 and eat them frequently. Some of these include: Clams, Oysters, and Mussels, liver, fish, crab and lobster, lamb, and eggs.
