I got my first bottle of Clarkia today. Since I have a pretty strong constitution, and I’m hoping it is OK to start Clarkia at the recommended dose of 10 drops, three times a day. The bottles says you *can* start with 3 drops 3 times daily. I’m sort of wondering what to expect -- like is some giant worm going to come flailing out of my butt or what? Yes that was a joke. :) Seriously, how do you folks examine your stool so closely? My husband would freak out if there were a feces-encrusted colander laying around. I just finished my first colon cleanse. I followed the directions somewhat correctly and out came some weird slimy stuff. It didn’t look quite like the ropes that people had described -- for one it was too skinny. So I don’t think I got ”it” all. But I am wondering if I need to do this again. My normal habits are to have 3-4 small BMs throughout the day. Everything I’ve read suggests that the more BMs you have (that aren’t diarrhea of course) the better.
