I’m on my 3rd day now, and I finally found bentonite, just wondering how many shakes I should be drinking. I am a young lady and have been suffering with a parasite infection for about 9 years now. That sounds great! I’m sure you will see the other side of the mucous. The MC is such a powerful yet simple cleanse. I also became free of any mucous as a result of being on the cleanse during the first few days. I wonder if you are exercising and also using a skin brush daily. I believe this would also help you a lot. Keep us posted as you progress. If you become uncomfortable take a hot bath and relax with a hot washcloth over your sinus area. Hi, Thanks for the advice. I’ve tried lots of different oils including the ones you mentioned but not together and they didn’t work. But I will try that brand and see what happens. Do I apply when the rash is present or just all the time in that area? I did read about rubbing garlic oil in one of the forums here and just tried it and it seems to work, the itching stopped, that’s a first and it looks like it’s going away, yeah. Trying to breastfeed my baby has been one unending heartbreak. I have flat nipples so the baby can’t latch on well. Right now I’m renting a hospital-grade pump. I am pumping every three or four hours and I only get 1 to 1.5 oz per pumping, far less than what my 2-week-old baby needs. The only way I can get more is if I wait about 12 hours between pumpings.
