Bigtime,worked amazingly well for me. I actually dont take it any more as I dont need it,come to think of it I dont actually take anything anymore except for zinc of course for maintenance. I was taking 2/3000 mg of each together on an empty stomach(important with aminos). I found when my anxiety was particularly high I needed 2,000 of each first thing when I woke up, early morning anxiety was the worst for me and then 1,000mg around noon. But as the anxiety came under control I only seemed to need 2,000 upon waking. Im guessing everyone is different as with most things, so you could play ...
