I completely understand where you’re coming from! The Vet told me the only option available to treat Dexter was a $20,000 experimental surgery with a low chance of him surviving it. When I declined, he told me to come back in December (this month) and discuss euthanasia. Dexter is doing fine, acting like a typical Jack Russel and improving day by day!! Hi Archus! I’m sorry your dog is going through this too, it’s hard on everyone. I’m treating Dexter similarly and having good results from it. I also only give him filtered water and a grain free diet. He hated the colloidal silver I put in his water so I mix it with his food, along with the iodine solution and IP6, and he doesn’t know it’s there. Stick with it and good luck! Dixie   [End]

**UPDATE ON DEXTER!!** First, I want to thank everyone for their support of my initial posting. It’s been a month since I began treating Dexter for his tumors and, according to the Vet, that diagnosed him with Thyroid Cancer, I would have been in his office discussing putting Dexter down due to me declining the $20,000 experimental surgery. That is wonderful advice, thank you! The colloidal silver that I purchased is 550 ppm so I’ve only been putting two drops in his water. As for the IP6, I put one capsule on his food in the evening. He doesn’t seem to mind either. I’ll slowly keep increasing the dosage, thanks!!! Dixie   [End]

I’ve been looking into making my own Colloidal Silver but there’s a lot of information to sift through. I put a few drops in his water and he drank just as he would drink his water normally. I will look into the potassium Iodine also, thank you for the dosing information! Dixie   [End]

Thank you so much for responding! I’ve been keeping an eye on him for any signs of detox and I haven’t noticed any. My 11 year old Jack Russel Terrier was diagnosed with a thyroid tumor and an additional fatty tumor last month and the Vet didn’t give a good prognosis for him.
