Dear all, I have serious back pain recently whenever I move my shoulders. My left leg is painful too and I can’t walk properly. Those pain stops me from doing anything. Firstly, I am afraid that the cancer have spreaded to the bone and then I figure out those pain may be due to the long walk. As this is the first time since last August I do any exercise. May be I am too fragile and not suitable to walk too long (more than an hour). I don’t understand why walking hurts my shoulder and back. I use some hot packs to release the pain and hope those pain will diminish soon. More later. ...

Dear All, I started taking a walk in a Park nearby yesterday. It’s the first time I take a walk since last August. Here in Hong Kong people usually live in a small flat and mine is like a match box so it’s difficult to do any exercise at home. I make up my mind that I don’t want to spend all my time at the bed or couch. So I get up at 5:15 am and take a long walk till 7:00 am, the air in the early monring is very fresh and good for health. Hi Just want to talk about my situation, can’t talk with family members and friends... I am a terminal cancer patient, I am scheduled for a chemotherapy which is supposed to prolong my life, no cure at all. I hate chemo a lot but my family members persuade me to take the chemo.
