Absolutely agree with what you say, the right gut flora would include bacteria that ’grow’ B2 and vitamin K and B12, some of which we get from animal food. I know this works, it works on me, and I have just handed out a few tablets to my patients, as a podiatrist, I am outside my brief LOL, but now I am doing Naturopathic medicine part-time, so will be able to do more. Best is vitamin B2 Riboflavin, and B12 and a multi B for 3 days, then every other day, for about a week. But honestly, I took 2 B2 every day for 3 days, it cures every time.
