I would use less fats, personally, and less drying foods - even if it means no dried foods, or only 3 times a week. In the morning, perhaps it’d best serve you to make a healthy fruit smoothie with the goji berries and some coconut water, or you can use other fruits, of course. I have stopped using bananas.. too high glycemic and waaaay too hybridized. Berries are wonderful, though! I think you would ’bitch me out’ too. ;) But that’s in the past. Is the honey raw? Honey can be a laxative.. 1 Tablespoon every few hours or so is way way enough. It’s a cumulative effect. No processed cooked honey.. it’s all sugar!! The Apple Cider Vinegar is what helped me the quickest. I felt better in a few hours. Take a capful of ACV in a small shotglass with water every 2 hours NOW. The sooner you catch it, the better. Wombat was right about the salt, although I prefer Himalayan Crystal Salt. I don’t have ulcerative colitis, but I do have a very painful, unnamed bowel condition. It’s a stabbing, burning, and twisting pain.. difficult to eat, alternating between very upset stomach and constipation - no blood in stool, but a very, great many foods cause my stomach and intestines to swell to a very painful degree. I’m not too sure about the effect when you still have fillings in your mouth, but when you get them out, a wonderful what to chelate heavy metals is to eat a 1/4 cup of cilantro every morning. Cilantro is a wonderful herb for pulling out heavy metals. I’ve read that in 2 - 3 weeks, you can pull out a majority [if not all] of the metals in your body through this method.
