Charley, I have read, and it helps me to have at least 2 bowel mov. before drinking the olive oil and grapefruit juice. I also keep peppermint to put in my mouth after I drink the oil, it helps with nausea. I have drunk a few sips of cola or ginger ale. If I don’t feel well I don’t lay down.
