What is casava, I’ve never heard of that? You cook your brassicas well I presume?
Casava goes by many different names - casava, manioc, mandioca, tapioca root, yucca etc. Its a root veg a bit like potato but more healthy, and more candida-friendly. Very much an ”ethnic” food.
The advice to cook brassica is actually a bit misleading - I looked it up a while back and apperntly cooking only destroys something like 1/3 of goitrogens.
Well I’m taking vit E, vit C with bilberry, selenium (food-state), zinc, but I feel I need something else and wasn’t sure what to get. Perhaps CoQ10 but ...
