I just completed my 4th flush last weekend and was suprised to see only a few stones and gravel. The only thing that was different is that I had a baked potato the night before, otherwise in my first 3 I followed the nothing to eat after 2 rule. QUESTION: Is it possible that I am clean after 4 flushes? The third flush was the best and had maybe 500 stones ad grtavel in that one. Just read the flush and follow it exactly. Read the forums, there are a lot of success stories there. I combine Clark’s and Kelly’s flush’s. I zap the week before starting on Monday, take malic acid 3X600 mg 3X/day to soften the ducts, use castor oil packs over the liv/GB every night for an hour and on the day of the flush put the epsom salts in grapefruit juice as it doeswnt taste bad that way, and I dont use 4 tablespoons, I use only 3 cause it is too explosive otherwise. Didnt your Chiropractor help you with the leg pain? If not, let me know what state you are in and lets find you somebody that uses low level laser therapy or go to www.erchonia.com and find somebody. NO TO PREDNISONE...I MEAN NO! Seen too many folks with real long term health problems as a result...really screws the adrenals. Ya take bromelain/papain 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour before...also try some of the anti-inflammatories with tumeric rhizome. I first did the Kelly Liv/GB cleanse about 15 years ago and was sick for days and got no stones...I did it with straight Epsom salts and olive oil and have been afraid to do it ever since. Copper toxicity is a huge problem and Dr Larry Wilson is THE dude, so you are on the right page. The adrenals get so blown in Hi copper/Lo Zinc that the body doesnt have the energy to release the copper. Along with the sources he talks about, call your local water company. Depends on who you read...Mercola and Wilson (www.drlwilson.com) reccomend lights...like the ones overhead in your bathroom...the infrared spectrum because it is the light that inhibits the sympathetic nervous system, thus increasing immunity as well as being very soothing to the emotional body and chakras.
