Hi Caitlin Lorraine You´re right, the benefit of Stevia tablets is putting it in drinks while on the go. They dissolve in hot and cold drinks. I forgot to mention that the tablets are from Paraguay, therefore 100% natural. Even though the most widely known property of this plant is to sweeten the drinks and foods of the Guarani, it has other properties. As a matter of fact, Stevia lowers the blood pressure, lowers the glucose rate and acts as a diuretic.
