Hi Shelley, I am having a crisis at the moment, i was going so so so well with Diet etc but on the friday i went to a BBQ had a few drinks and about 10 cigarettes then on Sat i had about 15 cigarettes and about 6 drinks and greasy take out..i went to bed and then on Sun io woke up and suddenly got all cold and shivery and my eyesight lost sharpness, my boyfriend lost definition in his face so did everything else around me it only lasted about 10 mins but it was really scary..i also needed to vomit...and had diarhea...do you think it was something serious or just a build up of toxins..i ...

Hi Stumpy, I hear u...i also have restrictions on what i can eat due to availability..but this is what i have heard and learnt...you have to be super super strict for the first month after that you can slowly introduce foods and see how they go tolerant and symptom wise. Also read the best of Shelley on how to cheat ..great notess in there..and face it no one is perfect 100% of the time, everyone slips up but one or so i don’t believe will make a major difference..it isnt like you are having a whole box of Krispt Kremes...   [End]

Hi Shelley, Sorry for the constant questions .. I have a really sore arm inside the muscle i think about 1/2 up between the shoulder and the elbow.it is on the fleshy bit of the arm..it aches sort of..really wierd but it seems to happen when i am tired or have overdone things..do you think this could mean my lymphatic system is overloaded or i need further cleansing.. Hi Shelley, Thanks for all your help...it is a great relief..i have being following the diet/ cleanse but i still have a white coating on my tongue and i have lumps on the side of my tongue...both sides..is there anything to be worried about..eg tongue cancer Sometimes my tongue gets sore but usually it is ok... I have my periods at the moment and am feeling really bad. I was previously feeling alot better after following candida diet..still am but just really tired at the moment and really not with it and irritable at the slighest thing and having anxiety attacks slightly..only had them previously when candida was really bad..is this anything to do with my peeiod or am i jsut going backwards..cause i had a few drinks(alcoholic) last weekend??I am scared i am going back to the beginning and so don’t want that. thanks for your help Lucinda   [End]

Just curious does having a few slip ups a week really adversely affect the treatment of Candida?? I feel alot better since starting the diet and herbs along with a good bacteria supplement is all i am taking..as per instructions from my natrupath but the dietry guidelines and wierd he said just cut out all the sugar, no fruit, no juice just water, low carbs and wholegrain bread and no yeast and no yoghurt, limited potatoes. I find it almost impossibe to cut out all sugar nearly everything has sugar...even naturally occuring sugar. I am unsure what foods i can really eat or even put to ...

Hi, I get a really bad stabbing pain above my eye, it is a really intense pain that goes away after 10 or 15 seconds but it is becoming more frequent. I have being diagnosed with Candida and have started about 7 days a healthy diet.Do you think this could be Candida relate or something else?? I got told by my Natrupath not to go on it till you are over the Candida, i wanted to go back on it also but my way of thinking is i want to get better first so i will forgo the pill for at least till i feel a better..hope this helps   [End]
