Yeah, my social anxiety is through the roof too...Cardio exercise kind of helps calm the negative thoughts when I’m at home though. I’ve also found that when I was going home after practice (when I was on the track team at school) I wasn’t as hurt by people’s reactions to me as I usually am. I agree that diet is usually also a factor in our conditions, but I understand that some of us are emotional eaters. Just try not to eat to feel comfort, try to eat to live.
