Depending of how long you fast, it may or may not be enough to get rid of candida overgrowth and parasites, you will need to change your diet and lifestyle, all of which is very doable with the right mindset and proper research. And so, day one of my highly anticipated water fast has begun! I am going to start a water fast in a few days, between Sunday and Tuesday. I’ve tried this in the past but never with full success due to not being mentally prepared enough, not doing enough research, and not understanding the different stages of fasting and what is considered ”normal” vs alarming and ”abnormal”. Why would you not want to use your own free, natural urine to whiten teeth? How is buying a teeth whitening product better? Not to mention that these products tend to weaken teeth and are anything but natural. Oil pulling is good for teeth whitening too, although I doubt that it’s as good as urine rinses.   [End]
