I’m on one now, no fruits, fruit juices, sugars or anything of that sort.
I eat mostly vegetables such as lettuce, cucumber, broccoli, avocados and occasionally some bell peppers.
I have this with either chicken, salmon or organic eggs in three/four meals spread through the day. Additionally, with the chicken i eat a lot of wild brown rice.
