I had adrenal fatigue and went to a naturopath. There is a doctor in Australia who runs Lucy’s Clinics. She was on the Thyroid Summit. I was put on the blood type diet that helped strengthen me and also prescribed Dhea 10mg compounded time released. Also vitamins C, B complex, vitamin E and a multivitamin. Drinking little sea salt in water. Eating wild salmon. Romaine lettuce cutting back on sugar and caffeine. Walking for exercise. You can get better. Karen [End]
