When taking one of your alkalizing baths I am releasing fatty acids right? And these acids are stored in fat? And since fat also stores toxins then will these toxins be mobilized to be eliminated with the baths? Also, I know that eating fats will make you full and not hungry. Are you saying that if your body is already too acidic, that taking antioxidants like Vitamin C, Alpha Lipoic Acid etc. is doing you more harm than good? Is the reason that you should eat so much more raw foods than acidic ones because it takes much more raw foods to create the same amount of millhouse units as the acidic foods? Hi Invincible. I have taken up to 300 mgs of niacin at once to get really flushed. I started at 100mgs but tolerance goes up quick and the whole purpose is to flush. Took a baking soda/epsom/h2o2/colloidal silver bath tonight. Couldn’t get the water hot enough though, so it was weak. Probably pissed off some skin parasites though! I have taken 4 of these so far. I have taken many other types of baths before but these are the most powerful. We have a roman style tub and I have used between 2-3 tablespoons of lime and 3-5 cups of epsom in these baths with a temp between 104 -112 or so. Then a cold shower and a ice bath. Umm people, I hate to break it to you but you know nothing about mold and neither do most doctors ANYWHERE. I doo because my wife and I almost died from it at our work and it made my candida insane. Well it depends on the ph of the water you put it in. We tested various waters with ph’s from 5.2 to 7.7 or so. We are now drinking the 7.8 spring instead of the 5.2 distilled so our lime water phis way higher than 8. Also, the spring water is WAY more hydrating than the distilled I was drinking for years. To cure you need to read about the mineral cesium and to a lesser degree rubidium and how they have been highly successful in killing terminal patients cancers. Of note disease is caused by low oxygen. Low oxygen is caused by low ph or acidity. To really destroy the candida, you need to be able to deal with the horrible dieoff feelings. Best way to do it is with molybdenum and pantethine supps. They break down the toxins it makes when it dies along with others in your body so you don’t have to deal with the effects. For killing, I’d suggest extra virgin coconut oil along with oregano oil. The molybdenum and pantethine are a miracle for the brain fog I’ve found. You can kill as fast as you’d like without as much fear with those two supplements. Well the Spring water I’ve got is from an underground spring which runs through limestone. I live in Florida and we have lots of springs. If any of you have ever gotten to go and spend a day in a spring, it is truly exhilirating. Even more so when my wife and I have gone nitrox diving in one.
