Dear Cyclo, I think you’re right: the nausea and joint aches are probably a detox reaction. Skin brushing gets all your lymph fluid moving. Dear Joon, The two best sources of oemga 3 fats that I know of, are golden organic flax seed and bee pollen. I grind a teaspoonful of bee pollen and 3 tablespoons of organic golden flax seed in my little coffee-grinder. It’s very quick and very easy to do. Dear Melissa, Nobody will confuse the taste of seaweed with chocolate or watermelon, but you get used to it. Your health food store will have packets of dried seaweed. Get some dulse flakes for sure. They’re the easiest to use. Also get (if they have it) alaria, kombu kelp, wakame, and nori. The kelp is the hardest and needs to be cut into tiny pieces with a sharp scissors.
