I have fillings that I cant take out also. I am too afraid to use salt in any way considering my blood pressure is such an issue, so iodine is not really working for me due to the severe reactions I was having. I take one idoral pill every two weeks if I am lucky. Im just hating the detox so I avoid taking it. bummer.   [End]

yes! That is exactly what is happening and they take soooo long to heal and never really clear up. I take epsom salt baths and that helps heal the swelling in them but does not clear them up. Is this NAC an easy supplement to find??? I will look at my health food store soon. Thank you so much!   [End]

Thank you! I have to say that second reply was a little confusing to me, information overload, haha. Im just learning about iodine, and while I read everything on here, I dont always understand the lingo. I just keep pressing on. The salt thing scares me so much since Im dealing with high blood pressure. I will do some research on this adrenal miracle mix. Never heard of it and not even sure where to purchase it... Hi I have started taking Idoral pills because the dr wants to put me on medication for my thyroid but I want to try iodine first. Anyway, I can not take the idoral very well because my back, neck, shoulders, (other places too but those are the worst) breaks out with boil/acne type bumps. No matter how much I back off...like only one pill every 4 days, it still happens and they hurt. Well not hurt but where my bra strap rubs them those hurt. Anyway, I have high blood pressure. How does one deal with the effects if they cant salt load? I am on restricted salt, so no way can I do ...
