I am sorry you broke a bone. I know from experience and study the body works very hard during a juice fast or any type of cleanse. This work needs to be done when we are able to rest and put the least amount of stress on our body. Since you broke a bone I would personally break the fast and give myself lots of green leafy vegetables for healthy minerals needed for the bone to knit properly. Additionally I would keep my fruit content high for good energy levels. pererably mix sweet with non-sweet fruits. this will sustain the energy over a period of time with less crashes if any. I was in the middle of my third week of wheatgrass cleansing as per Ann Wigmore’s directions I stared bleeding for real.Heavy with BM’s around the due date of my menstrual period. did you ever get any response to your question? I am up late, have not slept at all, heart burn, thirst and fear. I keep breathing and praying for a positive outcome of a liver flush. I feel constipated, nothing is happening. I wanted to throw up at about 1 hour, it is still in me. i am thirsty.
