The two best I know of and use are the Silver Puppy ($99) and the Silvergen SG6($199). Both have auto shutoff when a certain ppm is reached. The Silvergen has a control to vary ppm and a mechanical stirer. The Silver Puppy shuts off at 20ppm and has no controls and stirs using a small bulb that sits under the production glass. The CS alone should do the trick. Once the surgery has clotted and healed for a day or so. I know it works that way with root canals where you have to give the canal time to clot and remain dry for a while. If it’s good CS it should heal several times faster with greatly reduced pain. I would stay on a maintenace level just to keep any post op infections at bay. I don’t have much insight with the oregano but have heard of other people claiming it has helped them.

My friend has excruciating pain that comes and goes from a lower back surgery he had a few years ago. Are you sure what you are taking is pure electro colloidal silver? Pure colloidal silver should not cause a reaction. Silver nitrates, silver salts, and silver protiens might cause a reaction though.
