Never tried flax enema. Have to look into that. For the most part any enema, even a water one, makes me feel worse. Alot of my diet has been very soft rice, veg and lentil dishes similar to this. Now days even that is making me feel incredibly toxic. I cook the veg and lentils down for hours, very broken down. It’s okish, but still causes problems. I have tried everything you listed and tolerate none of it except vitamin C, B12 and a little folate. Tiny doses of iodine only. Of course. I’ve tried most things on the planet that don’t cost 10 grand. :P I was juicing up to 3-4litres a day of organic juice for months, trying to do Gerson style. All it did was make me lose weight, no help for the condition. Hi there & thanks. I’ve heard that it isn’t good to chelate if bile isn’t flowing, like mine isn’t. That the chelator will just move metals around the body because they cant be eliminated by the detox channels (my detox pathways are basically not working). The rash is a combination of acne and I don’t know what else. It has come out heaps more since I had to start these medical drinks to gain weight, because they are full of maltodextrin (nasty i know). Cant seem to get enough protein without the drinks though. I haven’t because I’ve been so housebound with my CFS soon as I got adrenal insufficiency and was put on cortisone in 2008. I was actually going to a holistic dentist to start the proceedure at the time when i was getting tremendously low cortisol symptoms, and couldnt end up doing it. Yeah I am not strong enough to get my fillings out at all, unless I could miraculously find someone to come to my house and do it, then I could mange I think. I know these are old. But i’ve been looking at as much info on liver detox pathways as possible, as I think mine are very defective. Thing about the above information is.. they say ’kids’ (relating to anyone with sal intolerance though) are to stay away from all high phenol/salicylate foods, but then seems to reccommend herbs like Schizandra, milk thistle, dandelion etc.. those, and most all herbal remedies are very high in salicylates! Ah right yes, could try foot baths indeed. And YES absolutely. That’s one conclusion i’ve surely come to, is that I have rather bad mercury problems. Mainly beacuse when I take any chelator, such as zeolite (and even small doses), im much much sicker the next day. Thanks. Yes this is true, so much of my life is a catch 22! I used to use bitter herbs yes. And while they helped somewhat, they aways increased strange systemic allergy type symptoms. I sometimes felt some benefit, but always accompanied by things like headaches, rashes etc. Mostly in the past, the less I took, the better. At least 2 or 3 large pots a week last year (when I could actually tolerate much more normal solid food without the horrendous effects I get now). Dr Kenny DeMierlier, one of the best in the world on CFS/ME theorizes that the worse the gut dysfunction, the worse the CFS, and he’s sure right in my case. However it didn’t work for me after months of high amounts, im not sure what’s wrong with me specifically but it really didnt work and I got weaker and more unwell.
