if youre feeling icky, do something fun for yourself. i dont think this experience is supposed to be torture. crank your favorite music and dance around the room or go shopping if you can. take this time to treat yourself. this morning i washed my hair and then did this wonderful oatmeal protein hair mask i like to do. usually, i think i am to busy to do it so i skip it. but really, i DO have the time, i just prioritze the little things for myself last. it is so nurturing to do that kind of stuff. not only does my hair look great, but it smells great for a few days too. i think i ...
